Death. No one has ever really shared their experiences. Maybe those who had near-Death experiences might have felt what it's like to be so close to Death. Death, to me, personally, is a scary thing. I am somewhat unable to embrace the concept of Death. Yes, according to the Christian Faith u should be happy when the time comes for u to join God in his paradise or repent in Purgatory and then join him in his heavenly kingdom. Then again? Are we ready to meet our maker? And when the time comes for us to embrace Death are we really ready? Cos when u die, u become an empty shell. True, maybe one or even two generations will remember u. But what about next time? Ya existence on Earth isn't remembered. No one will know there's a Stefanie Tan or this or that person. And when u die, are u willing to leave everything behind? When u die, u die alone. No one is going to accompany u. When u die, you are leaving behind ya family and friends. Can one really do that? Its hard to leave behind everything. And how sure can we really be that there's a heaven up there? Or there's something or somewhere we can go? So, if we die and nothing is left of us. Does that mean you just disappear from the face of this Earth? Then, whats the real point of us even being born? Does it not make any sense that u were born into this place to experience pain, joy, love, fun and have hope and then u just die? What's the point of it then? True, pple may argue that the main thing in being alive is to experience pain, joy and love. But is that really enough. Death to me isn't an issue. But the pain of leaving behind everyone and everything isn't exactly the thing i would want. You guys said Death is unavoidable that i dont deny. But can u accept Death? Are u even that big hearted to say that you're ready to embrace Death? The thought of closing our eyes forever is scary. What happens to our body which we had for through out our life? I know i will miss my body. (Pardon my lameness). When u die, u are few feet under or not, in modern times, u get incinerated. Look around u, do u constantly rmb that someone who u love but is dead? Do u pray and hope that the person rmbs u and loves u? I dont think so. Soon, everyone will forget u and there will be no longer me or u. We are history. Yes, when someone dies, u see the emotions and the real feelings that someone has for that person on his death bed. But what if when u die, u are just dead. You've no soul. Then, now, will u be able to see the true feelings these pple crying by ya death bed have for you? You guys talked about not expressing your feelings and stuff that is all cliche. So is Death to u guys basically regret? Regret of not doing these or that? Is regret all that it is when u die? Yin luan also said everyone dies. That is a fact. It is a part and parcel of life. EVERYONE dies. If u do really have a soul, and u can watch ya family members around u. U will see that they will slowly forget u and carry on with their lives. U can do nothing about it. Will u then feel happy for them or sad for yourself? So many pple die daily. It makes one feel un-important. It makes one wonder whether Death is such a big issue any longer. Then again, if everyone has a soul and everyone is watching over their loves ones, considering the many generation we had above us, wont we have many regretful souls or restless souls? Souls i think, remain for eternity. Then what do u do next? Do u continue life normally in the afterworld or what? After Death, What happens next? If you're a soul wont u feel bored? IF there's no soul, it means u just die. End of story. Period. U dont feel nething. So isnt there no meaning in life if after Death u just go numb and 4get everything? Then why are we even born in the 1st place? Whats the main purpose in life for us? Peng said when you're alive, u try to accomplish as many things as possible. How many things can u actually achieve so if u die and u havent achieved ya goal, wont u be regreting? Yin luan also said Death is a good thing and that you use your passion to create and challenge things or conquer ya fear. Is that all and she said dying with glory. What to you is glory then? Is glory to you, conquering your fears? Is that all to glory? As ive said, if u die and u are unable to experience anything anymore, how will u know that u have died in glory and how are u supposed to pay for the sins that you're unable to pay back? Peng said u dont want pple to be sad for u when u die u dont want be to be a burden to them. But can u accept them accepting u as not being part of their lives? Maybe, its my selfishness that im not willing to let go, not willing to embrace Death. To me, my issue is what happens after Death? Soul or No soul? What happens to me if i have a soul? Or what will happen to me if i dont have a soul? What exactly is the next step? Okays. Shall just end here. Think i wrote a wee bit too long and i repeated the same words like over and over again.
