it's kelly again! yay! well, im supposed to post bout yesterday too. but due to good short term memory, i can remember majority of the major facts. please take not that the i in this post refers to me, kelly. not stef haha.

yesterday morning i met emily at bout 9am at yishun mrt. she wanted to go to nyjc to pass mr tan chee peng something and talk to mr thong yee bout choosing either science or arts stream. in the end, she only passed the something to mr tan and said hello to mr thong. well, we had an hour left before we had to meet stef and kailin at 11am (we promised to go to nyp with them) so, we went to the canteen for a drink and then to the student lounge. emily played the piano while i read the newspaper. becoz the side gates were not open, we had to walk a huge round to the bus stop..i was sweating like crazy.

we were at amk mrt station when emily found out that she had lost her result slip and her form A. well, well, boy were we in trouble. we had to trace back our steps all the way to the school. we went to the bus stop where we alighted to check but it was not there. then we sat a bus back to the school and checked the bus stop there. but it was not there. then we walked all the way back to the front gate of the school to check if it was somewhere along the way. but it was not there. we thought of checking at the general office but decided to go to the 2nd floor of the school first before that.

lady luck muz have been smiling down on us on that day. fortunately the result slip and form A were in the general office. someone picked it up outside the school. phew... by that time stef and kailin had already finished visiting nyp so we agreed to meet at yio chu kand mrt then go for lunch. well, emily, stef and i had already agreed to go to bodyworld. we tried persuading kailin to go with us and succeeded! emily thought that we should call more ppl to go with us to bodyworld so she rang may and vincent up. they both came along. so fun!

kailin, stef, emily and i went to bugis junction to eat lunch at some japanese restaurant. there was 50% off all ala carte items. stef and i ate some set meal with beef and emily ate the same but with salmon. kailin ate cha soba (cold noodles). the food was not bad. maybe we should go there again.

went to meet may and vincent then went to the expo. the exibition was at hall 1. we had to walk such a long way to hall 1 coz hall 6 was the one nearest to the mrt station. so we walked walked and walked.

the tix were priced at $12 for jc and sec sch students. i muz say that the exibition wasnt really big. the bodies on display were quite fake. they seemed too plastic-fied. majority of the bodies were male bodies so that explains the dangly things haha. some of those dangly things looked too fake..i thought maybe some of them were artificial haha. there were onli like 2-3 female bodies. how pathetic. some of the bodies showed the muscles, some the arteries, some the intestines and stuff. there were also a few skeletons around. they even had displays of cross-sections of human bodies. i think one of the most interesting things there was the smoker's lung and the normal lung. there was a vast difference. the smoker's lung was so damn pitched black while the normal lung was white and larger. there were 2 camels being displayed too. one was an adult camel while the other was a baby camel. the adult camel was dissected and we could see its intestines and stomach and all..quite interesting.

there was another part of the exibition where they showed deformed babies and babies at diff stages of the pregnancy. since the who exibition wasnt so big, stef and i finished looking around at bout 3.45. we were tired and wanted to go somewhere for a drink. the others were so slow. they still have bout 1/3 of the exibition left to see. stef wanted to go to the airport. she missed it so much..so i obliged. however, the train would onli arrive in 12 minutes so we decided to go to bedok instead. it muz be fate sia. the train was terminated at tanah merah. so sway sia. then we had to sit back again to expo..hai..since kailin, vinny, emily and may were not at the expo mrt yet, we agreed to meet them later at 450 at expo mrt. stef and i went to the airport. we walked around abit. i was quite tired liao after so much walking in the morning and then later in the afternoon. in the end, we didnt even drink anything..

stef, emily, kailin and vincent went for dinner at the cafe cartel while i went back with may. it was such a long day..but i enjoyed myself!
