kel was never and is still not a big fan of birthdays. before her birthday, she even blog-ed about how she didn't want people to make a big deal out of her birthday and everything should be kept low key. but with stef around, how can low key? hahhas
so me and em decided to turn a blind eye to kel's blog post and we decided to throw her her surprise 21st at essential brew!
kel did also mention in her blog post that she didn't want anything from her friends. being the smart alecs that we were, em and i decided to bake her a cake and make her a collage cos it's not really getting her anything but doing something for her.
the cake! which by the way turned out super bad. one side was burnt, and the other was uncooked. it ended up tasting like mooncake and everyone blamed me for it )): but don't you think it looks so pretty!
